Thank you for choosing BizFusion LLC. Please read these Terms carefully—they set the rules for accessing our website and engaging our bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.
- When creating an account or engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3) Acceptable Use & License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site solely for its intended purpose: to learn about and access our bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory services.
You agree not to:
- Use the site or services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, systems, or networks, or bypass any security or authentication measures.
- Disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation (including by imposing an unreasonable load, introducing malware, or launching denial-of-service attacks).
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the site without our prior written consent.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content or materials.
4) Scope of Services
We provide bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory services as described in your agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless expressly stated in writing, our services do not include legal, investment, or tax advice. Any guidance we provide is for general information; you should consult appropriate licensed professionals for legal, investment, or tax matters.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide to us and for reviewing financial reports and deliverables for accuracy.
5) Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Payment terms vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
- Recurring bookkeeping services are billed in advance on a monthly or agreed-upon basis.
- Project-based work (e.g., cleanups, catch-up, or one-time engagements) typically requires a 50% deposit prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
- No refunds are offered for services already rendered.
- Accepted payment methods include Stripe, QuickBooks invoicing/payments, and direct deposit (ACH/bank transfer).
6) Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, the BizFusion LLC name and brand, and software—is the exclusive property of BizFusion LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the site or its content without our express written permission.
7) Confidentiality & Data
We handle client information with care and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. You authorize us to use and disclose information as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with law, and as described in our privacy practices. Do not share credentials or confidential information via unsecured channels.
8) Third‑Party Services & Integrations
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks, banks). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services and do not control their performance, availability, or security.
9) Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. While we take care in providing bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, we do not guarantee that our services will be error‑free or uninterrupted, and you remain responsible for reviewing financial reports and information provided to you for accuracy.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizFusion LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of our website or services.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizFusion LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
12) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the security, integrity, or availability of our systems. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., payments due, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect prospectively. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
