Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you're not on it yet, we'll set it up and move you over.
I'm years behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Catch-up work is one of the main things we do. We'll scope it on the free call and give you a fixed quote.
How does remote bookkeeping work?
Your bank and card accounts connect to QuickBooks Online, and you share receipts and documents securely. We do the work in the cloud and keep in touch by email, phone or video. You can see your numbers any time.
Do you only work with trades?
Trades and home-service businesses are our focus, but we work with other small businesses too. Book a call and we'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.
Do you do taxes?
No. We don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice. We keep your books clean and tax-ready, and work alongside your CPA or tax preparer.
